ROLE AND BACKGROUND
As our Growth & Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of scalable, data-driven marketing campaigns to fuel customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on experimentation, analysis, and delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- ABM Campaigns: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content, tailored outreach, and sales collaboration.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, events, content, etc.) to generate leads, drive conversions, and optimize the marketing funnel.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, iterating on strategies to improve ROI and CAC, with a focus on high-value account metrics.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests across channels, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate on the creation of high-performing content tailored for specific customer journey stages and account needs.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years B2B marketing experience in growth, performance, demand generation roles - preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Multi-channel Marketing: Campaign development and execution experience including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and webinar programs.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools to derive insights and drive decision-making, including ABM account insights.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Track record of executing and optimizing campaigns across PPC, paid social, email marketing, and other channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to experiment, innovate, and adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting data and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
