Role and Background:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our dynamic team. With significant experience in HR operations, the ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing a range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, and recruitment over a number of international jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation while providing operational HR support to management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organisation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligning with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programmes, liaising with providers and ensuring employees are informed of available options.
- Address employee relations matters, providing support to both management and staff in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, as well as overseeing the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate progress.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of HR management, from policy documentation to employee data.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from job posting to selection.
- If applicable, contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, supporting employee growth through training and development programmes.
- Collaborate closely with management, offering strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Manager-level experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven ability to handle a wide range of HR functions.
- International exposure – experience working with global teams or international based employees is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong experience in onboarding, policies, benefits administration, and employee relations (ER).
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of how to leverage technology for HR operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Recruitment experience: from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and selection.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D) strategies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
