Role And Background:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team.
This role plays a key part in strengthening our core HR processes and providing consistent support to both employees and the broader HR Function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, compensation, and benefits, using HRIS tools.
- Contribute and manage the cross-functional HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws, flagging any discrepancies for appropriate action.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, query resolution, and system updates.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to improve operational workflows and implement HR best practices.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to HR policies, processes, and communications, as and when required.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries, offering timely support and escalating as needed.
- Work in close coordination with HR leadership to support initiatives aligned with business and people goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in startups.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist and individual contributor.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
