About the Role:
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the reliability and performance of our SaaS applications. You will lead a dedicated SRE team responsible for incident management, application deployments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help ensure the stability and efficiency of our services, enabling a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reliability and performance of our SaaS applications.
• Lead the SRE team in incident management, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for effective defect tracking and resolution.
• Manage application deployments, monitoring, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Take ownership of release management and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and train junior SRE team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing with both internal teams and customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5 plus years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular V 8 and Java V 11).
• Proficiency in back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience in resolving complex issues.
• Expertise in cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficient in application deployment, CI/CD processes, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems and methodologies.
• Experience leading a team and managing projects effectively.
• Willing on work on call / shift on rotation basis
