About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 3 to 4 plus years of experience to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our SaaS applications while collaborating closely with various engineering teams. Your expertise will help enhance our operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, collaborating with engineering teams.
• Actively participate in defect tracking and work towards resolution with engineering.
• Engage with customers to provide technical support and address their concerns.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing with both internal teams and customers. 

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular V 8 and Java V 11).
• Proficiency in back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with cloud services and application infrastructure.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Willing on work on call / shift on rotation basis.
