About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Integration Manager to lead and coordinate integration projects across our organization and client environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and strong client communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure databases, and will be comfortable handling API integrations and Snowflake data solutions. You will be the key point of contact for clients regarding integration efforts and technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver end-to-end integration projects, from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
• Lead technical discussions in client meetings to assess integration needs and provide expert guidance on architecture and data solutions.
• Design, implement, and support integration workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake and Azure SQL databases.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to support data validation, transformation, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate API-based integrations between client systems and internal platforms.
• Support integrations involving Snowflake, ensuring optimal data performance and pipeline reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver integration roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows, system connectivity, and data quality.
• Ensure documentation and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience managing integration projects in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL or Azure Synapse.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, data ingestion, and API integration design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data modeling or ETL/ELT design.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and cloud-native data architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI or other data visualization platforms is a plus.
