About the Role:

This is a hands-on, strategic design role focused on shaping the visual aesthetics and motion experience of our platform. You’ll be the bridge between static UI designs and engaging interactive experiences. Working closely with our product designers and stakeholders.

If you’re passionate about animation design, fluent in iconography and typography, and see motion as a core part of the UX — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate static designs into rich, purposeful micro-interactions and animations

• Design motion systems for component libraries (e.g., how tooltips appear, buttons respond, modals transition)

• Use motion to enhance usability, user feedback, and affordances

• Prototype complex UI flows using After Effects, Principle, Rive, or similar tools

• Create showpiece motion concepts for product videos and landing pages

• Collaborate with developers to ensure motion is feasible and consistent in implementation

• Occasionally contribute to high-fidelity UI work (especially when motion context needs it)

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in interface or motion design (preferably in a product, SaaS, or studio setting)

• A strong portfolio showing motion applied to real UI components and interactions

• Clear understanding of UX principles and how animation can guide, inform, or delight users

• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Principle, Figma (with Smart Animate), Rive, or Lottie

• Bonus: Hands-on visual design skill across layout, typography, color, and spacing

• Bonus: Familiarity with code-friendly formats (e.g., JSON-based animations or export-ready assets)

• Experience working on design systems

• Knowledge of accessibility in motion
