About the Role:
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to source and secure top-tier talent, ensuring 73 Strings remains a premier employer in the fintech space
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract exceptional tech talent across technical functions.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating.
Proactively identify and attract high-caliber tech talent through diverse channels
Partner with department leads to understand talent needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
Utilize recruitment metrics and market trends to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize the hiring process.
Requirements:
3 – 6 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a high-growth startup, SaaS, or Fintech environment.
Proven expertise in sourcing and closing senior-level profiles, particularly in technical and engineering domains.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve rapidly, maintaining a focus on quality and speed.
Experience recruiting from leading institutions (e.g., IITs or Tier-1 colleges) in India is a significant advantage.
