ROLE DESCRIPTION
The AI Training & Enablement Intern will work closely with the AI team to design and deliver practical, team-specific AI trainings across 73 Strings. The intern will engage directly with each team to understand their workflows, collect use cases and questions, and translate these into structured 2–3 hour training sessions delivered over Zoom or in person. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about AI adoption and can bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and day-to-day business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Design and structure tailored 2–3 hour training sessions for each team, covering relevant AI tools (Claude, and others as applicable) and practical workflows

Deliver trainings over Zoom or in person, adapting the format and depth to each team's level of AI familiarity
Document collected use cases and organize them into a structured knowledge base for future reference
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all training sessions with the respective teams
Gather feedback after each session and iterate on training content based on what worked and what didn't.
